1. scope of application
Roll crusher is used to crush materials with medium hardness in the industry like cement, chemical, powder, metallurgy, construction materials,refractories, such as the secondary crushing and fine crushing of limestone, slag, coke.
2. attentions
(1) we should pay much attention to the iron removal work, because it may damage the crusher and stop the production when improper subjects(eg drill bit) fall into it. So iron removal equipment should be put into use before the materials are sent into the crusher.
(2) Sticky materials tend to block the crusher, when you unblock it, you msut stop the crusher first.
(3) When the raw materials contain a lot of big blocks, you should pay attention to them, they may fall out of the crusher and damage the equipment or worker.
(4) After running for a long time, the surface of rollers will be badly worn which could lead to the discharged materials size too fine, so we need to check and repair the discharge hole or the crusher.
(5) check the equipment, and apply lub to the crusher timely to keep it in a good lubricating condition.
