The main features of the cutting machine are as following:
   1.During the whole cutting process,the green body is cut herizontally and traversely without any move.In this way,cutting precision is very high and qualitified rates of products is guranteed  and promoted.No moving of the green body greatly reduces unecessary damages caused by uneven moving.This feature makes the machine especially suitable for slab production for in case of moving and jittering ,the blank will separate from steel reinforcement cage.Steadiness of our machine can perfectly avoiding damages.
    2.Hexahedrally cut the green body and make the cut block in acordance with GB1968-1997 and slab in accordance with GB15762-1995
   3.No cut waste materials will be brought into autoclave for the effective reclaimation.A plant of annual production of 100000 cubic meters will produce 3000 cubic meters waste(FG4.2*1.2*0.6),Steamed waste cant be reused and will cause secondary pollution that will cause economic loss to enterprise.
   4.The cut waste are 100% reclaimed after stirring.
   5. Gravity center of green body coincides with that of semi-products lifter,so there will be no inclining in lifting.That is ,in blank grouping section,no extra supproting needed to the steam-curing cut.
   6.After the green body is steamed,semi- finished products can be stowed in block or entrucked with semi-products lifter.And this semi-finished products lifter can also lift the steam-curing cart to returning route.

   7. The cutting machine adopts PLC system and has automatic mode and manual mode.Converter is used to adjust speed, and the machine has electrical and Mechanical interlock device
   8.Oil station of hydraulic system is underlyingly mounted and has self-circulation system that will overcome heating problem and reduce oil pollution to get higher cross-cutting precision

   9.The four leads in cutting device increase the consistency of the machine.The adopting of compulsory mechanical synchronizer can perfectly shear through the blank without any folds.
   10.Wire quick-replacing instruments is designed in the machine.The instruments shortens the time to replace wire steel and improve the production efficiency thus to avoid unnecessary wasting.
