electromagnetic vibrating feeder is an requisite equipment for the auto-flow operation. It is used to carry the material from storage silo bunker or other equipment to the receiving hopper. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be devided into two group:open type and enclose type.We can produce electromagnetic vibrating feeder , feed hopper, and conveyor according to customers requirements.
electromagnetic vibrating feeder is simply constructed, easy to operate, non-lubricating and low electric-power consumption and can control the feeding equably, so it is widly used in many areas especially for loose material. Its necessary to minimize the materials pressure to the channel based on the equipment characteristic requirments. On our factorys request, the storage hoppers effective outlet cant be one forth greater than the slot width, and the rate of material flow must be controlled within 6-18m/min. As to the heavy feeding materials, the bottom of storage hopper should be setted with high engraved board; and the plate is not allowed to be fixed on the channel body, so as not to degrade the function of the feeder. To discharge smoothly, the obliquity of storage hoppers backwall had better be designed rangeing from 55° to 65 °.
