Usage
After putting slurry, cement, quick lime and gypsum and aluminum powder according to a certain ratio into the casting machine, this machine is used to stirring the suspending liquid, make it even and and fully reacted, and then pouring the slurry into mould timly. The stirring intensity and time contributes a lot to the quality of aerated concrete.
Structure features:
This machine adopts spiral stirring method which can form a very strong eddy flow to crush the peplos of quick lime particle, so the slurry can be evenly mixed. The height of the raise-and fall casting arm can be adjusted in the casting process to prevent from splashing. According to the technique requirments, it can be classified into movable and unmovable casting maching. Unmovable casting machine can be further divided into floor model and suspension model. They can meet the needs of different clients.
