Raw materials

I Cement

Adopt ordinary Portland cement and scoria Portland cement in accordance with national standard GB-175-1999.

Mgo content: No more than 5.0%

So₂ content: No more than 3.5% ,with alkali less than 0.60%

Margins by 80um fineness square sieve: no more than 10.0%

Burnt loss: No more than 5.0%             

Final setting: No late than 10 hours,

Initial setting: No early than 45minutes

II Quick lime

The fineness ( 0.08mm screen tail over) shall be no less than 80%

The active Cao content: No less than 60%

Mgo content: No more than 2%

Slaking rate:10-15 minutes

Slaking tempreture:60-90.

III Sand

fineness0.045mm screen tail over: No more than 30%,

Sio₂content: No less than 60%,with  iron mineral content no greater than 15%..

IV Aluminium powder mastic

Solid share≥65-75%; Activated aluminium≥90%

Fineness(0.075mm screen tail over ) ≥97%

The gas yield of aluminium powder mastic should range from 50% to 80% in 4min, more than 90% in 16 min and more than 99% in 30min;

Water dispersion; No mass or grain.

V Gypsum

The dihydrate gypsum is preferred universally, whose quality shall be in accordance with the national standard.
